I got married in July and had the worst experience with this makeup artist and her team. The hair stylist was extremely rude, didn't suggest any hairstyles, and just wanted to do whatever he wanted quickly and leave. Despite telling him many times on both my engagement and wedding days that I didn't like how the flowers and hair looked, he refused to listen and got even ruder. On my engagement day people asked me that why I didn't I get my hairstyle done. On the wedding day , I told him 20 times that my hair are not levelled properly from both sides(one side going up) , but he was just not ready to listen , did not want to make any efforts and arguing with me constantly how it was perfectly fine. He just put the flowers on one side , which i did not like and made zero efforts to try to change the adjustments when i said , saying that this is the only way possible. They take complete advantage of the fact that it is your bridal day and you can't book another one at last moment. Had it been any other day , I would have sent him back. Menka herself didn't bring my bridal hair accessories as promised, and we found this out at the last minute. She also didn't put my jewelry on properly, so it kept falling off. They didn't apply any numbing cream for the heavy jewelry, which should be part of a bridal package. My sister was completely pissed off here as she behaved constantly that it is not her responsibility to fix the jewels and the blouse etc . The makeup felt like normal makeup, not bridal, yet they charged a hefty 36,000 (both engagement and wedding). Everyone at the hall was extremely dissatisfied with my engagement look, saying that makeup was too much dull and hairstyle not done at all itself. How many times do we need to tell them to do their job properly? Eventually, we just gave up. These people don't care at all about your wedding day. They have zero regard for your special day and make no effort to ensure it goes smoothly. It's like they couldn't care less if they ruined one of the most important days of your life. I strongly recommend avoiding this service to save your bridal day from being ruined. The hair stylist’s behavior and lack of effort were unacceptable. We expected a minimum quality of service after paying so much, but these people don't deserve to be booked on the bridal day
